Waring MBB518 Professional Bar Blender

I have been using this MBB518 Professional Bar Blender for the past seven months and it works pretty well. My Bar Blender has a stylish look and it is enhanced by a stainless steel finish on its base. It has a glass container with a 40 ounce capacity.

It has stainless steel blades which will crush ice and blend frozen fruit easily within a few seconds. The stainless steel blades are stable ones and they cannot be removed, but they are capable of self-cleaning which makes the maintenance easier.

The grinding speed of this MBB518 Bar Blender is much quicker and it is managed by a powerful 390-Watt Commercial Motor. It can operate in two speeds, a high setting and a low setting, which can be controlled by a switch. The 40-ounce glass jar can hold up to 4 or 5 cups of drinks. It mixes almost every drink, soup, sauce, milk shake and frozen drink very well.

I followed the instructions in the manual properly and so cleaning is quite easy for me. I just put in some dishwasher cleaning liquid and some water to get the job done. The sides of the jar usually have to be scrubbed manually though.

It has never given any problem during the seven months I've owned it and I hope it won't be in the future. My Waring MBB518 comes with a 1-Year limited warranty and there is a 5-Year limited warranty for the motor too. It was priced 130 US dollars when I bought.

If you were to ask me about the pros of this Waring blender, I would first point out its capacity to run without any scratching noise. The motor is so powerful, and the blender remains stable while running. It works well with a normal household power supply.

Overall I am totally impressed with the performance and look of my Waring MBB518 and I would gladly recommend it to others.
