waring-immersion-blender

If you need a professional immersion blender for your restaurant or commercial business, then the Waring immersion blender is definitely a good choice. Generally though, most homes would be better suited for something a little less powerful. However, if you really want a lot of power and durability, and are willing to pay extra for it, then the Waring would make a great home kitchen immersion blender as well.

At 350 watts, and a $200 plus price tag, the Waring immersion blender is just as powerful, and in the same price range, as most countertop blenders. It offers great flexibility and is ideal for the restaurant chef, or home chef who's going to be doing a lot of cooking, especially in large batches and pots. We can't find any major negatives about this blender and highly recommend it.

The Good

  • Powerful - the Waring hand blender is very powerful at 350 watts.
  • Long shaft - at 10 inches, the shaft can reach down deep into most large pots.
  • Cleaning - the blade can be removed and is dishwasher safe

The Bad

  • The price - this immersion blender is a bit pricey in comparison to most hand held blenders for home use.
  • Parts replacement - if the blender does break, it is reportedly very hard to find replacement parts
