Tropical Vitamin Smoothie

So what do we need for it: 2-3 soup spoons filled with strawberry taste powdered sugar 2 pineapple slices each about 1 inch thick 1 mango 1 banana 1 papaya 1 pomegranate About 2 glasses filled with fresh or frozen strawberries (your choice) 6 dl orange juice 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar Now lets get started! First of all you should remove all the crust and seeds from the fruits, but don't forget any other bits and pieces you wouldn't like to eat. After that's done, cut the fruits into big pieces. As a hint, you can remove the seeds from pomegranate with a spoon. Now it's about the time to put all the ingredients in a blender until they're all nicely mixed. If you doubt and want to be sure you got all the bad bits and pieces out, you can sift it all through again before serving. Of course you can leave some fruits out or change them for some other fruits you find tastier, but if you're using fresh strawberries, it's better to add 3-4 ice cubes in the blender for better taste. Also be warned that bananas have a very strong taste, so only one will be more than enough. Enjoy ;) |
