Tropical Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 cup milk splash of almond milk 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 cup frozen passion fruit 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 1 banana 6 ice cubes 1 scoop frozen yogurt (optional) To make: 1. Combine strawberries, passion fruit, pineapple and banana in blender. 2. Add milk and splash of almond milk. If you are going to add the frozen yogurt, do so now. Blend until smooth. Make sure the fruit's not lumpy. 3. Add ice slowly. Blend until you get desired consistency. Feel free to add more or less ice as needed. Enjoy! Other variations: If you like, adjust the proportions of the fruits to get the flavor you like. Substitute the splash of almond milk for coconut milk. Or substitute frozen yogurt for passion fruit, strawberry, pineapple or coconut ice cream. |
