Strawberry Mango Health Smoothie

Whenever I don’t have time in the morning to eat breakfast I whip up a healthy, filling, and delicious strawberry mango health fruit smoothie. I call it a health smoothie because I like to add powdered calcium supplement or fiber supplement or a little of both to make it extra healthy, as if the fruit wasn't enough.

To make the smoothie I just take about half a cup of frozen strawberries, frozen fruit works best because then you don't have to add ice and it gives your smoothie more flavor. Then I add a few chunks, about three, of frozen mango, and mix in about a cup of orange juice.

To skip the powdered calcium I just add the orange juice that already has calcium in it. If I want to add fiber that day I usually put in about one tablespoon or less because if you add more it makes it taste chalky.

To finish it off I like to add about a tablespoon of sugar but if you don’t want sugar then it would taste fine without it. You then just blend all of that up until smooth and enjoy.

All in all this is a very healthy way to start your morning or when you just want a filling healthy snack.
