Soy Milk Recipe
How To Make Soy Milk With A Blender

This soy milk recipe is very easy to make in your blender at home. Making your own soy milk is much cheaper than buying at the store and very healthy too.

Soy milk is a great alternative to cow’s milk for people that are lactose intolerant, and offers up almost the same amount of healthy protein.

When asking yourself the question, “How do I make soymilk with a blender?” you need to make sure you have all the information before starting. This can be a quick process, and easy to do if you have all the items that are needed in order to create the milk. You should make sure to gather all of the ingredients as well as the devices you need to mix your soy milk the right way. You will need the following:

  • A blender with different speeds to create the perfect consistency in the milk.
  • Whole soybeans
  • Stove
  • Pot
  • Water
  • Cheese cloth or linen towel
  • Spoon that will be used for stirring the liquid.

Soy Milk Recipe Steps

  1. You should start by rinsing off the soy beans under running water, making sure to remove any broken beans or debris within the beans you have chosen.
  2. Soak the soy beans in a bowl of water with just enough to cover them completely over night.
  3. Drain and rinse the soy beans by using a colander once they have soaked overnight.
  4. Put the beans in the blender with enough water to cover them. Blend, making sure the mixture is smooth and not chunky once it has been grinded.
  5. Pour this mixture into a pot on the stove with one quart of water.
  6. Bring the mixture to a boil at medium to high heat, stirring constantly. Turn the heat down and simmer for fifteen to twenty minutes while continuing to stir the mixture.
  7. Filter the liquid through the linen towel or cheese cloth after simmering, and pour it into a bowl. The liquid in the bowl is the soymilk; you can discard the beans and debris left on the cheese cloth after draining.
  8. Refrigerate the milk for the best results when drinking.
