Use These Oster Blender Parts to Repair Your Oster Blender

Oster offers many fantastic blenders that are durable and long-lasting. However, over time many of the parts may wear out and need replacing. Rather than go out and buy a whole new blender and send yours off to the landfill, you can both save yourself some money and help save the environment by simply replacing those worn out parts.

Some of the Oster blender parts you'll find here include the blade assembly. This is one of the most important parts of the blender because it comes in direct contact with the ingredients and is responsible for cutting them into small enough pieces so that you can drink them. Because they work so hard and are in constant use, they can wear down or even break or chip. If you notice the blades on your Oster blender getting dull, then it's time to replace them.

Another of the more important Oster blender parts is the blender jar. Although most Oster blender jars are very strong and durable, on occasion you may find that one cracks or chips. Maybe you accidently dropped it or knocked it off the shelf. It's not uncommon. Fortunately you can easily grab a new one right here. These typically cost $10 to $20 dollars depending on the model. Make sure you match the correct jar with your blender model as sizes to vary.

One other Oster blender part that can wear down and cause leaking at the bottom of the container jar, is the rubber o-ring gasket. This simple rubber circle sits between the container jar and the jar base and seals the two together to prevent leaking. Over time this component will start to fray, warp or erode. It's very easy to replace here though for just a few dollars.

You may also need to replace your blender lid. You can of course operate your Oster blender without a lid, just at lower speeds. At higher speeds you need to get creative so that your smoothie doesn't end up all over your kitchen. If you absolutely need to make a drink, then you can place a plate or pan on the top of the blender jar, until your replacement lid arrives. These run just $3-4 also.

Another Oster blender part that is very easy to replace is the center filler cap that goes down in the middle of the top of the blender lid. Sometimes these may get lost because they are small, or they may get damaged somehow. You're only looking at a few dollars to replace the component.
