How To Make A Milkshake With A Blender

Anyone can follow our milkshake recipes to make this delicious frozen treat in your blender. You can make your shakes very nutritious too by using skim milk.

If you are wondering how to make a milkshake with a blender and are looking for some milkshake recipes, then you have come to the right place. When making a milkshake with a blender, the hardest part is simply deciding what flavors you want in your milkshake. To make a milkshake you are going to need a blender, ice cream, and milk. You can get your ice cream at the store, or you can make your own ice cream with your blender by following our ice cream recipes.

Just simply choose your favorite flavor ice cream and any fruits or candies you may want to add to the milkshake. If you want to add syrups you can do so. The only tip you need to remember is to layer the items in the blender from lightest to heaviest.

You will want to start with the milk or cream then add the fruits or candies and end with ice cream. The thickness of the milkshake will depend on how much liquid you add. If you make a milkshake and it is not thin enough just add more milk or cream. If it is too thin then add more ice cream. A good substitute to use instead of standard cow’s milk is soy milk. We have an article on GoBlendIt that tells you how to make soy milk with a blender.

Making a milkshake in a blender only takes a few minutes and will please the whole family. You can even make everyone a different type of milkshake without spending tons of money or time doing it. If you start with vanilla ice cream you can add almost anything to make many different flavors.

No matter what day of the week you can enjoy a smooth and creamy milkshake right in the comfort of your own home. The adults will enjoy this just as much as the children. You can have milkshakes as often as you want without even having to leave the house. Just make sure you have plenty of milk, and ice cream and you always have the ingredients for a milkshake. You just have to keep the extra stuff on hand if you want to make different flavors.
