The Bahamas is around $175.00 and is the basic Margaritaville blender model. It has only 1 preprogrammed setting for margaritas, and holds slightly less ice (1 pitcher) in the reservoir than the other models. The Key West is around $220.00 and is the focus of this review. It is the most popular of all of the Margaritaville models. The Fiji is about $290.00, its ice reservoir holds enough ice to make 2.5 pitchers of frozen drink and its preprogrammed settings include margaritas, daiquiris, smoothies, and slides. The Tahiti is $475.00, and come with three 24 ounce pitchers, 6 automated preprogrammed settings including pina coladas, mojitos, daiquiris, margaritas, mudslides, and smoothies. The rotating ice shoot has enhanced lighting effects to add to the party while it automatically blends up three different types of drinks.

Features
The Margaritaville blender is very easy to use and delivers restaurant quality frozen drinks without chunks of ice or watery mixes. You simply put ice into the top reservoir of the machine and all your ingredients, like pineapple, lime, tequila mix, etc, into the separate glass jar at the bottom. Push a button and the ice shaver shaves the ice, which then falls down into the bottom glass jar. The blender where the jar is located then starts up and blends the shaved ice and all of the ingredients together smoothly and evenly, with no small ice chunks that typically come from most other blenders. Excess water from the ice automatically goes to the back of the blender and is caught in another reservoir so that your frozen drinks won't have a watered down taste.
Preprogrammed settings automatically mix the right proportions of ingredients and ice together. You just pick how many drinks you want to make. In addition to the automatic settings the Margaritaville blender also has front access manual controls to let you shave and blend to your preferences.
There are cool shark fin indication lights and maritime markings to give that tropical Caribbean feel. The blender also comes with a shot glass and salt rimmer.

GoBlendIt Consumer Reviews Summary
Summary of the most helpful positive reviews:
Everyone talks about how smooth and consistent the Margaritas and other drinks are with this blender due to the shaved ice feature. They feel it's the same quality you get at a restaurant or bar. Many also like the water draining chamber which filters off the water as the ice melts so that you don't get a watered down frozen drink. They also say it's a real crowd pleaser at parties by not only performing well, but also looking good. Ease of operation was another positive factor mentioned, along with setting the amount of servings you can make automatically.
Summary of the most helpful negative reviews:
Most of the negative reviewers (only about 5% of all total reviews) talked about how the Margaritaville blender's margaritas were not that much different than what they had seen with other cheaper blenders. They just weren't that impressed with the Margaritaville and its shaved ice feature, for the price. Several reviewers feel that the blender is big. But with the dimensions clearly stated before you buy this blender, you should know what you are getting.
