Fruit Blast Smoothie

Okay, I discovered the Fruit Blast smoothie on my own after some careful experimentation. I happen to love blended drinks but they have to be made just right in order for me to enjoy them. So after trial and error many, many times, I have perfected the Fruit Blast Smoothie!

First, I measure about eight to ten ounces of Simply Orange Juice. Now on some days I use the Simply Orange with Pineapple and on other days I use Simply Orange with Mango. It all depends on the flavor I am going for on that day.

Next, I toss in a couple of handfuls on blended fruit. I use my own personal faves, which happen to be mango, pineapple, strawberries, and blueberries.

Next step is to throw in two tablespoons of flax seed. This helps to aid in digestion and overall just makes you feel better.

Squeeze in some honey and you have yourself a smoothie. Now you just have to blend it.

Last, pour the mixture into your cup, top it off with some cool whip or whipped cream and enjoy!
