How to Make Blender Cheesecake

A blender cake is an easy to make dessert. Some of the most popular varieties include blender cheesecake and blender mango cheesecake.

How many of us have ever had something unexpected arise so that we are desperate to create a quick dessert? You may have a friend call and ask if they can drop by, or perhaps you did not know about the company party that was planned for tonight. You know that everyone loves a good cake, and yet you can picture your butter in the refrigerator, rock hard. Today is the day that you learn how to mix cake in a blender and make a scrumptious blender cheesecake!

Cake Mixing Basics

Mixing cake with the use of a blender allows you to skip the preparatory steps of allowing time for your ingredients to come to room temperature. You can take any of your favorite cake recipes and modify them to suite this method.

The first step is to melt the butter that goes into the mix. You can do this in a saucepan on the stove, or you may choose a somewhat quicker method by placing it in the microwave for a few seconds.

While the butter is melting you can take advantage of the time to prepare your dry ingredients. Place the correct amount of sugar into the blender and give it a few quick mixes. Also take a bowl and whisk all of the other dry ingredients such as flour and salt together in a bowl. Check your recipe to ensure that you do not miss any key ingredients.

Add eggs one at a time to the sugar in the blender and mix well after each addition. Once the consistency is creamy and smooth, add a few spoonfuls of the flour mixture into the blender and mix until blended.

You can repeat this step a few times until all of the dry ingredients have been mixed into the sugar and egg mixture. This is the last step, and all you have to do is follow the instructions given on your recipe to bake the cake. Will you ever go back to the traditional messy method of mixing up a cake?

  4. Bake until the center is set which is about 1 hour
  5. Let the cake chill for several hours.
